Review of Dial M for Murder (1954) by Daniel S — 31 Jul 2008
An excellent detective movie. Like many Hitchcock films the question isn't "whodunnit" but rather what are they gonna do now, and will they be found out? It's a pretty subversive film in that it has you basically rooting for the criminal to succeed.
Not as exciting or visually interesting as some of his top-teir thrillers but a good watch that keeps you thinking all the way through.
