Review of Dial M for Murder (1954) by Dan G — 31 Jan 2009
A great Hitchcock whodunnit. A man (Ray Milland) attempts to kill his unfaithful wife (the beautiful Grace Kelly). However, when the plot goes awry and the murderer ends up dead, Milland is able to pin the blame fully on his wife. Or so he thinks.
A great thriller which allows Hitchcock to ratchet up the pressure until a cathartic release at the very end.
