It kinda takes a bit for the characters to develop. Then it kinda turns in the a wanna be James Bond movie at the end with the stunts. I'm going to call Shenanigans on the M9's effective range though.
It doesn't really have as many songs as I'm used to, but they were pretty good. I'll be honest and say I watched this because I wanna watch the second one. But I'm glad that I did.
