Review of Dhoom 2 (2006) by James J — 16 Mar 2008
Being shown the odd Bollywood as a child, this modern style film was refreshing. It still had the songs and dancing, macho men bits but they appeared to be aware of this and purposely overplayed them. I think the film is trying to match western films (obvious mimickery of the matrix, MI3, etc) but they were too unreal.
Overall, its good entertainment and worth watching (i have bought the dvd box set lol).
