Dhobi ghat is lovely! gustavo santaolalla's score strikes neat and flawless notes to a story that has to be thoroughly appreciated for its eye for detail and simplicity. though the hand-held camera jerks bother at times.
prateik, monica and kriti perform excellently. the pictures, the people and the place are pitch perfectly woven together. they simply seem to capture almost all that the city is, all that people are and more importantly, all that life is.
