I have no idea why they bothered to make this movie. Paradise Lost parts 1, 2 & 3 are intensive documentaries recording all the horrific details of the murder of these little boys. Devil's Knot bought nothing new.

Why they didn't make a movie about the release of the convicted killers in 2011 or the balls-up by the investigating police is beyond me. Colin Firth is totally wasted, they could have gotten an extra to play his role, he had nothing to do in the film.

Waste of time. Watch the Paradise Lost documentaries if you want a real life account of what happened after the murders, during the trial, the 18years imprisonment and eventual release of the "killers".
