Review of Devil in a Blue Dress (1995) by Richard V — 08 Sep 2007
Highly underrated when it came out (and to this day), I think this is one of the only contemporary films (along with L.A. Confidential and Brick) that can truly call itself a "film-noir". With one of Denzel's best performances in my opinion, a great cast, wonderful writing and hard-boiled atmosphere to burn, this is one enjoyable picture that kept me interested from start to finish.
