Not one of Francos best efforts. Plus considering the fact that he has stated that he hates cannibal films and this very much shows. The pace of the film is so slow, lots of the film is padded out with long shots of greenery and abysmal music.
And when you finally get to see some action it is poorly done and all too brief. I wasnt expecting an Oscar worthy film from a cannibal movie. But I did at least expect some cannibals?
