Suspenseful and offering an intriguing premise, "Devil" has enough chills and thrills to be good. Unfortunately, it starts off in a somewhat awkward way and the ending could be better.
Even though it is not perfect, it manages to build up tension and it benefits from a capable cast and chilling momentum.
