Review of Devdas (2002) by Crystal L — 15 Jul 2007
This is a very traditional Bollywood love tragedy, and follows convention a lot more closely than other films I've seen. As such, the story is as epic as Romeo and Juliet, the songs and dance scenes are amazing, and the interaction of the love triangle sends chills down my spine.
With great cinematography and great actors, this is among the best Bollywood films I've seen yet.
