Rob Scneider is going to watch the fish for a rich guy who is going on vacation, and he accidentally destroys the tank. He has to find ways to make the money, so he ends up being a gigolo. This could have been good, but it never really worked.
It has moments, but it is largely unfunny and feels incredibly forced. Does about what you would expect, but could have been so much better. Rob is never really great in a starring role, he's best in the background.
