Finally saw this dumber than dirt lowbrow film. The whole joke is an inside joke in itself. Deuce and his pimp are in Amsterdam. Very predictable joke that is about as funny as an average episode of America's Funnies Home Videos.
Maybe out of the whole film, I have laughed mildly twice. Just twice. But I was only fooled to watch this once. Unless you are curious, like me, on why this movie is so awful, don't bother with this rubbish.
Just as good as "Howard the Duck" though.
