Review of Deuce Bigalow: European Gigolo (2005) by Russell G — 30 Dec 2011
This was a terrible idea to make a sequel of such an average movie to start with. Rob Schneider is ribbed for picking bad projects, but this is bad enough to make me ask what was HE thinking? The clients are not nearly as funny as the first movie and the Eddie Griffen gay jokes tire quickly, making this movie a complete dud.
The gigolo murderer plot device did very little to inject any comedy or freshness the series. Rob Schneider was decent but the whole movie was so flawed and weak that there are not many bright spots to point out.
It is several steps down from the first film (which was not amazing) and is not worth watching.
