Absolute must-see documentary. There are moments that will make your jaw drop as you see the state that this once-great city has been reduced to. There are moments that you will laugh at the film's quirky subjects and the way they deal with their situation.
It's powerful, moving, and gives us a taste of the direction we could be heading in as a nation, as well as hope for the future.
