You wanted the best, you got the best! Detroit Rock City is a great movie for comedy fans, film fans and rockers everywhere. 4 friends in a band, a tribute band to their heroes KISS, called MYSTERY. How can this story not please? 1970s, 4 friends win a radio contest to get 4 tickets to see KISS, after one of their parents burns their original KISS tickets.
They go to Detroit to see KISS and well they land themselves into some crazy situations. Probably the most underrated comedy of it's time. Great soundtrack, great characters and its just a great movie, that went under the radar.
