I'm not completely sure whether movie critics have high standards or just have no sense of humor. This movie was a charming ballad of the hair band listening, rebelling, coming-of-age teenager who's just trying live life to the fullest.

This movie will likely touch the hearts of those who remembered what it was like growing up listening to rock and roll and wanting to live the rock star life and it will likely touch the hearts of future generations who will try to do the same.
