Only good thing about the movie is that it's good looking, but that probably has more to do with modern technology.
The rest is just boring even tho there's stuff going on. I don't even mind that facts have been dropped in favor of making more drama, but then when you dig around and see how it's trying to be portrayed in interviews, it becomes obvious why and how they made this movie. And that really is a shame, since the Detroit Riots were arguably one of the most interesting events in American history.
In the future lets leave film making to filmmakers.
