Slapdash result that focuses on an incident that occurs at The Algiers facility in Detroit. Based on accounts given by witnesses and those that were present. However, what is presented is uneven and put together haphazardly which does not reflect a concise account of what took place.

Instead it comes off as one account here another account there which does not give an even flow. However ther are some decent performances. Expected a much better picture from the director.
