Review of Detention (2012) by Luke G — 22 Aug 2012
There were a LOT of things that I have to say about this movie. The hard to follow screenplay was a lot for me, and often confused me, however, I freaking loved it. I laughed so much, the cast was great, it was true to our generation of teenagers in some ways, it was creative, it was dark and twisty, but most of all, it was the opposite of normal.
Normal is completely and totally overrated. Rent it, buy it, whatever, but this movie is the next Scott Pilgrim Vs. The World.
