Probably the worst in the series by far. The story is a mess and all over the place. Could have been better. The jokes are so lame. The twin did nothing but as an additional subplot to the already very confusing story line.
The worst villain by far. Much less cuter than the previous movies.The minions did their best but could not even save the movie. Meh.
