This film was . . . okay? A good summary of the quality is that while we were watching it by wife and I both end up splitting our attention to do something else. It was sort of amusing. Balthazar Brett was hilarious.
The rest of it was . . . bad. There are worse ways to spend an hour and a half, but there are also a lot of ways that time could be better spent.
