Review of Despicable Me 3 (2017) by Jordan C — 13 Aug 2017

It's exactly what you think it is going to be - not saying that's necessarily a bad thing. Gru has a change of heart once or twice, Agnis is over-cute, Margo is a little rebellious, Edith is indifferent, Lucy is kinda air-headed but still knows what's going on, and the minions are going to be absurd (but that's okay because who doesn't love the minions!?) Everything starts off well, the protagonists goes through turmoil, they fight some eccentric bad guy, and they all live happily ever after.

I just generalized all 3 Despicable Me movies. That being said, I still enjoyed this film (and i'm a 22 year old male). Obviously it's not going to be anywhere near as good as the first one, but it is still serviceable.
