I was bracing myself for a potentially bad experience, but was pleasantly surprised.
The screenplay was well crafted. The plot made sense, with constant momentum and no dead / filler scenes.
Gru has never been my favorite character, but by the end I really liked him. Love all the characters.
Looking forward to Despicable Me 4.
