Review of Despicable Me 3 (2017) by Freddie S — 04 Jul 2017
Minions was not a great movie. Despicable Me was so great and Despicable Me 2 was pretty solid, so Minions just felt like a letdown. I was on pins and needles hopeful for a third, and a third was made.
The plot is fun and probably a little stronger than the 2nd film. Just like the first 2, the voice acting is top notch! The minions return to playing side characters which works perfectly for them.
