Down where I live, the movie is already released in cinemas (Sunday, 25th June 2017 - Australia). And this movie is a very nice, funny and silly addition to the Despicable Me franchise. Ranging from the classical Minion behavior, to the tension between Gru and his twin brother, Dru, as they have a villain/hero type clash, to Lucy trying to earn the girls' respect as a mother.
