A very nice, funny, and charming anamiated film. Despicable Me isn't perfect, but remains one of the best animated films I've seen in the past decade. The story is mostly simple, but has plenty going on and everything plays out very well.
The characters are great, funny, and well developed. The writing and direction is top notch, funny, and well done. The only complaint I'd make is there weren't enough use of the Minions for my taste and not enough slapstick other then the basics.
Other then that, the film is good and I'd easily recomend it.
