- After the success of the first movie, a second installment of 'Despicable Me' did not take long to follow. In this 2013 3D-computer animation we follow the adventures of former supervillain Gru, his assistant Dr. Nefario, the adopted girls and... the hilarious minions! 'Despicable Me 2' offers a guaranteed package of entertainment, full of likeable characters, amazing visuals and a number of laughs. Former supervillain Gru (Carell) is abducted by an undercover agent by the name of Lucy Wilde (Kristen Wiig). He is brought to a secret facility of the Anti-Villain League, where he is told they need his help to find a stolen mutagen. Number one suspect is Mexican restaurant owner Eduardo Perez, also known as 'El Macho'. Because he promised to his adopted kids - Margot, Edith and Agnes - to act good Gru agrees and becomes a undercover agent. While the children are trying their best to help Gru find the perfect wife, doctor Neferio (Brand) decides to leave...
