Review of Desperation Boulevard (1998) by Shauna W — 23 Dec 2008
This was a decent story-line about a washed-up child actress trying desperately (often pathetically) to make a come-back. While Judy Tenuda was funny at times and the story was somewhat interesting, the measures she used (such as pretending to be a lesbian and hiring a stalker and robbing a convenience store) in order to garner more publicity were so stupid that they bordered on cliche.
The ending was very predictable.
