Ultimate librarian love story. Plus...she's right!! You cannot replace people with technology and you still cannot fully and accurately translate Russian into Chinese. My favorite Hepburn-Tracy movie.
..the repartee is just perfect. Plus I love the dichotomy of her character, capable department head and sound business mind and giggly schoolgirl over her jerk of a boss/boyfriend. Yet, she strikes the balance with Tracy's character and gives it right back to him.
And Joan Blondell rocks!
