Extraordinary movie, a true communion between the cultures and their deep values and principles. When they're in the jungle or in the frozen desert, we're there with them, feeling for Dersu and the Captain, but above all, understanding their friendship and their love for everything that surrounds them.
Strange that a movie as foreign as this one, can talk to us so directly.
