Review of Derailed (2002) by Jaws _ — 18 Dec 2009
An intelligent, edgy, plausible and superbly acted thriller. I really wish Jennifer Aniston would do more roles like this. She was seductive and does hard-edged drama really well. Clive Owen is at his best in roles like this, edgy but vulnerable.
You will never see the plot twists coming, even when you think you've got the movie figured out. Brilliantly written and directed and very stylish. Even the rap stars looked somewhat viable in their roles.
Vincent Cassel is one of those actors I want to punch in the face so he naturally makes a great villain.
