Review of Dennis the Menace (1987) by Adam E — 23 Mar 2008
Dennis the Menace is essentially a slightly more annoying Home Alone. However it is saved by a terrific cast and some great casting. Walter Matthau and Christopher Lloyd are as good as ever and the film has its fun moments.
As an adaptation of the cartoon, it's spot-on, as a film it's good for kids but hard to swallow for everyone else. Still, it's entertaining and harmless enough.
