This is one for the kids...and I'm not talking about the kid in all of us...just the kids in the audience. Walter Matthau and Joan Plowright are very pleasant as the put-upon neighbours of Dennis, the terror next door, but ultimately the movie just plods along with one annoying sight gag after another.
