Review of Denial (2016) by Scott H — 01 Nov 2016
Probably the best-acted film so far this year, the way in which it portrays its scenes involving research almost mimics the scenes in which it portrays its courtroom drama, which is effective and keeps the entire film overall suspenseful.
Given the enormity of the situation it's depicting, it successfully makes the viewer feel that weight, with Timothy Spall giving a great performance as the film's villain and main driving force.
Easily the best performance of Andrew Scott's career.
