Yes this wasn't Stallone's finest film but it was still a good action movie.
The plot was was good the concept of future becoming this wonderful non violent place was believable somewhat. The acting was okay at some points and great in others Wesley Snipes did a wonderful job as the villain in this movie. The fight between him and Stallone always makes me com back for more.
