One of the only things I like Stallone in. I think Snipes plays a hell of a crazy villain in this. He remembered my a lot of a crazed Joker from the Batman universe. It's a really good action flick and pokes good fun at a really effed up future.
Weird to see Sandra Bullock so young though.... Definitely worth a watch though!
