Goddamnit, 90s, you are so good at this. This movie is on one level a formulaic action movie. But on another level it takes a very nuanced approach to this - the character backgrounds and the universe that are created (while flawed) are really fun and different.
This movie did, however, show me FAR TOO MUCH naked Stallone.
