Review of Dementia 13 (1963) by David H — 10 May 2009
Early Coppola that still managed to surprise me and go a completely different direction midway through from what I was expecting.
Francis obviously took certain elements from Hitchcock (you'll know what I'm talking about if you've seen it) but also managed to throw his own style into the mix. Certainly not great but not a bad start for an auteur.
