This is really a bad movie. Larry the Cable guy accidentaly invades Mexico and thinks it is Iraq. Obviously Larry wants to be the new "Earnest" (you know what I mean, vern?) who churded out dozens (well seemed like dozens) of cheap comdies in the 80's.
Same plots, basically.
