Obviously dumb, but actually pretty funny! Larry & Bill are a good team and the addition of D.J. Qualls makes the trio a hilarious group!!! Maria is played by a very attractive actress! The main bad guy (Carlos Santana - lol) adds another funny (and dumb) element to this movie.
Basically, they are State Military Police Reserves and they get called to active duty for Iraq, lol. They accidentally get dumped in Mexico City and they think it's Iraq for half of the movie, lol.
Pretty funny stuff!
