Totally enjoyable but devoid of any real scares, DELIVER US FROM EVIL borrows from just about every exorcism/evil presence/urban horror/claptrap you can think of. There's not an original bone in this film's body which is very disappointing considering director Scott Derrickson was responsible for the very haunting and intriguing THE EXORCISM OF EMILY ROSE.
Bad dialogue and really piss poor exorcism add to the banality. Not a good film at all but it will fill your horror fix.
