Review of Deliver Us from Evil (2014) by William B — 25 Jul 2014

Here comes a sort of horror film mixed with a thriller. Good news is, the film is quite well done, graphically appealing and the score is interesting. Now the bad news is, the story is very shallow, the effects are overdone and the film feels dull in the end.

Eric Bana is of course walking through this like a master, great Aussie actor that is undeniable, but should probably chose better projects. Edgar Ramirez didn't convince me at all, I felt every time he opened his mouth he was delivering his lines like a robot and didn't believe in what he was saying at all.

anyways if you are a fan of that type of film you might enjoy it. I saw it for free at the movies and I didn't have a bad time, but that doesn't mean it was good.
