Even though The Exorcist is one of my favorite films, horror is not one of my favorite genres. But like The Exorcist, Deliver Us From Evil is supposed to be based on actual events, and with Eric Bana in the lead role and Jerry Bruckheimer producing, I thought, "OK, I'll check it out.
" I liked it very much as it turned out, but I would not recommend watching it before supper.
