Review of Deliver Us from Evil (2014) by Maxx D — 21 Nov 2014
Don't watch this as a horror, watch it as a thriller. There are a couple of jump scares but generally this is a slower paced whodunnit that keeps yu guessing throughout. A couple of good performances and very atmospheric but loses a couple of stars due to a shonky script and a strange side-narrative that tied in with The Doors' music.
..for some reason.
