Review of Deliver Us from Evil (2014) by Ryan S — 06 Jan 2015

The only thing cool about this movie is that they snuck in the word DEVIL into the title.. and the rest ( as u can see a lonely star ) is pretty much point to the less.. I honestly had no idea what I was watching, Scott Derrickson directed this in daylight saving mode because the feel of it had a dark tone ( if u blinked constantly it would've made it brighter ).

. Straight up crappy acting, crappy flow, oh and did I mention the Scare-O-Meter didn't budge an inch. Both Eric Bana and Joel McHale were boring, they didn't bring anything to the table to grab the viewers interest.

. I can now clearly see why there's no hope for this to ever be entertaining for the genre because Scott Derrickson directed Sinister, we all know what Sinister is like.. If any of you want to know what the good parts were, refer back to the start of the review.
