A fairly standard story for what it is, it delivers only a low amount of actual scares and those are more through the soundtrack than what is on screen. Although unoriginal and predictable with some odd gaps in story and logic, it does offer some interesting character work and acting, and a fairly solid story that would have been far more interesting as a drama than with it's strained horror elements.
