There are a lot of disturbing facts and statistics mentioned in the movie but nothing is as disturbing as the interviews with convicted paedophile O'Grady. His general demeanor is verging on smugness.
He certainly doesn't come across as a man who is ashamed of what he has done or one who is openly confessing his guilt on camera to an unforgiving world.
