The first film by the guys who made Amelie. This features a somewhat romantic plot that takes place in a post apocalyptic France where cannibalism is way more common than one might hope. Stylish, atmospheric, and engaging, this is all around excellent.
The characters are well done by all the actors. Kind of feels like a fable.
