A film about cannibalism. Only the French can make it funny and quite tasteful.
The comedy touches lightens up and balances the sinister horror, very tastefully done.
I have to agree though, that all characters are underdeveloped and mostly mere passerby, but enough to deliver the humour.
Brilliant.
