Review of Delhi Belly (2011) by Darcy O — 08 Jul 2011
Delhi Belly is surely going to define what our next gen film makers will now be churning out. The movie was a true no distraction flick, both in terms of missing an interval and the plot. Very Guy Richie in terms of the core elements of the story and the execution, complete with a mixed up consignment and a Mexican stand off in the end.
Unapologetic, brash and in your face. What did not go well was dialogue delivery in certain scenarios by Imran Khan and Kunal Kapur as they struggled to bring honesty to an English script.
